Description and Learning Outcomes: HACC implemented My Requisitions feature of Banner® Finance Self-Service 9 in November 2018. This session is geared toward project focused professionals, from finance functional users to members of IT teams supporting Banner®, who are interested to successfully deliver agreed objectives, on time. HACC staff will share both functional and IT perspectives and “lessons learned” from My Requisitions implementation. We will discuss project management techniques that helped us to speed up implementation, methodology for developing and executing test plans, as well as communication techniques that were used to deliver training to HACC’s five geographic locations. At the end of this presentation, attendees will be equipped with practical strategies and insights for project success in implementing My Requisitions feature of Banner® Finance self-service.
